How It All Work : From Your First Enquiry To Your First Dish

This is an example of what to expect when reaching & using Dine4guest for your special occasion.

1. Enquiry 

Once we receive your enquiry, one of our dedicated team will review & check availability.

The more information provided at this stage gives us an in depth idea what you are looking for. 

Feel free be as specific as possible

2. Consultancy

We will then reach out via phone/email to gather more information about your celebration & work together to create your perfect menu. We will enquire further about food preferences, themes, ideas, budget, allergies & requirements. At this stage, we like to build a rapport with our clients to show you can put your trust in us to deliver & execute the best service for your special day. 

3. Confirmation

Once we have finalised the finer details & both parties are happy, we would ask for a 25% deposit to secure the booking & staff. With the remaining balance received the day prior. 

Contact Information will be exchanged with your chef a day or two before the event , they will then reach out for a introduction & final confirmation with yourself.

4. Deliver

On the day of your event, our chefs will be collecting your ingredients from our trusted suppliers.

Chopping, baking & cooking anything necessary to make your experience as smooth as possible.

The chef then arrive at the pre arranged time ready to get service up & running

Once everyone is served & happy, Chef will clean down & leave the kitchen/workplace spotless.

This is something we pride ourselves on. 

We feel communication is key so your chef will be in touch prior to the event for confirmation piece of mind. 

Frequently Asked Questions 

Q : Do you have a minimum & maximum amount of people you cater for ?

A : In short, no! All of our menus are priced for 6 guests upwards. However, we are more than happy to cook for less,

please note, we would therefore charge accordingly.

Q : When do you need access to our facilities for the event ?

A : Generally, we would look to gain access between 1.5-2 hours prior to service for set up & final touches. 

     Although this is very much dependant on party size & requirements

Q : Do I need a large kitchen for you to cook in ?

A : Absolutely not! Ideally we would be looking for basic kitchen appliances, we can adapt our menus to your facilities. 

      Plates & glassware can be provided on request

Q : Do you travel outwith Glasgow ?

A : Of course ! We are more than happy to travel afield. Please note, a travel fee is applied to all bookings.

Q : Are you pet friendly ?

A : Yes ! Although, please inform us on enquiry to avoid allergies within our team

​

Q : Do you cater for children ?

A : Yes ! We can do a bespoke menu for children focused on involvement & having fun, for example : homemade pizzas (age dependant)
